This farm is set in the much sought after Hemel and Aarde Valley wine farming region, in close proximity to some of the famous wine brands, although requiring some development to realize its potential.
Surface runoff water supplies 4 dams, 1 of which is on the far side of the tar road which splits the farm into 2 main sections, with the homestead and outbuildings currently site against the slopes on the Western section. Registered water use is for 57 000 m³ water per annum. There is also a servitude on a borehole on the neighbouring farm for household water.
