There are large mirrors and custom artwork on the walls and the windows have fitted curtains and American shutters. The full bathroom features a spacious shower and bathtub and ample counter space throughout the bathroom and the suite. The first glass sliding door leads out to a private patio area, while the second one gives you direct access to the pool and garden area.

Tenants enjoy access to a communal pool and outdoor area and have the use of 2 undercover carports.

The monthly utilities are charged at R750 per month. This includes water, electricity, DSTV, uncapped fibre, daily servicing of the room, and a weekly full clean, for your convenience. Please note that no washing machine is available for use, but a laundry service is available for R2000 per month (optional), covering washing, ironing and neatly packing laundry into cupboards.
