I have lived in the Sea Point area for the past 30 years and have worked as an Estate Agent on the Atlantic Seaboard specialising in Sectional title apartments for the past 25 years. I enjoy the lifestyle as its close to the popular Sea Point promenade and lovely beaches. I walk and gym most days when I have the time, early mornings in the summer or early evenings in the winter time.
