This splendid lifestyle farm has 5 cottages for eco-tourism and short stay rental and a 125 Ha Nature reserve with a few Zebra(currently 2 foals as well) Springbuck and an Eland bull. The farm has registered water rights to pump 22412 m³ from the Bot River. There is a beautiful picnic area among the trees along the 450 m of river frontage. As back up there is a borehole with 5 500 m³ registered water use per annum.
The 125 Ha nature reserve is fenced with a 2.4 m high game fence along its perimeter and is managed by the Renosterveld Trust. This has various advantages, in that no rates are applicable to this area, erosion control and fire control as well as alien plant growth is professionally taken care of. Some very rare plant species have been identified among the vast variety of indigenous species in the reserve.

The main house which the owner currently lives in has a recently replaced thatch roof, 4 bedrooms and double garage.
Additional buildings are 2 old chicken sheds now used for storage, the laundry building next to Heritage cottage.
The old milk-shed is in a state of disrepair but could be fixed up and used for accommodation or storage.
